Texas Hybrid Bluegrass sod (including varieties like SPF30, Thermal Blue, and Vortex) is a high-performance, drought-tolerant, and heat-resistant blend of Texas Bluegrass and Kentucky Bluegrass. Ideal for hot, arid climates like Colorado, it requires 25-30% less water than traditional Kentucky Bluegrass, thrives in full sun to medium shade, and offers rapid self-repairing capabilities. 

  • A single roll of sod measures 24-inch-wide x 5 feet long and covers 10 square feet (ft²).
  • There are 60 rolls on a full pallet covering 600 ft².
